By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and you confirm that you are able and competent to exercise the Sazatech.be rights set forth in these Terms and Conditions and to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. When you make a current or future Sazatech.be purchase, you will be subject to these guidelines.

CHANGES TO THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sazatech.be reserves the right to add, change, update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting to the Services. We encourage you to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.

PRIVACY
Sazatech.be uses personal information such as your name, address, email, phone number only for the shipping of products. Personal information that is given to us will never be sold or shared with third parties.

ACCOUNT
If you create an account on the Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for protecting and restricting access to such information. You understand and agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

OUR PRODUCTS
Confirmation of your order means that Sazatech.be has received your order request. It does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped.

Sazatech.be always tries to keep items in stock and up to date. We check the availability and price of an item before it is shipped. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price or if the item is no longer available, we may cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation by email.

Payment
The prices shown are in Euros. Information on prices and availability is subject to change without notice. Prices exclude delivery charges.

We offer the following payment options: iDeal, Bankcontact, Visa and Mastercard Creditcard.

Delivery
Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. Once the order is received, you may return the item(s) by following our Returns Policy. Please allow at least 1-3 business days for order processing and verification.

For international orders, please allow a minimum of 3-9 business days for order processing and verification. Please note that you are responsible for paying shipping charges at checkout (including return shipping charges). Sazatech.be does not charge, invoice or collect any taxes, duties, import fees or charges other than shipping charges at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track and trace number. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, as we have no control over this.

We cannot combine shipping for multiple orders.

DURING SALES PERIODS
Returns or exchanges of discounted products
Sale products cannot be returned.

Sales order has been cancelled
It may happen that your order is cancelled due to out of stock products. During our sale period, we have a huge traffic on our website. This means that a product can appear in stock, but may be purchased by another customer at the same time. We apologize for this misunderstanding.

Replenishment of discounted products
We never guarantee that a product will be back in stock.

Did not receive confirmation email
If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please contact our customer service at info@sazatech.be

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)
Sazatech.be will make every effort to deliver the ordered item(s) complete and in good condition. We are not responsible for missing or damaged items caused by the delivery company. If the delivered item(s) are damaged or incomplete, we request that you contact us as soon as possible.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you wish to return a defective or incorrect item, please read our returns policy carefully. Item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Before sending a return shipment, you must contact us by e-mail at the following e-mail address: info @sazatech .be . Only after you have received an agreement, you can return the item(s) with the accompanying return form. The return address and further instructions can be found on the return form. You can download the return form here.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. As soon as we have received the return, your purchase amount of the items will be refunded. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. You can do this by using a shipping company. It is also possible to send this with stamps. Make sure that you pay enough postage for the return shipment. The return shipment is at your own risk and we recommend that you use a reliable delivery company with track & trace. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To use this right, you can contact us via info @sazatech .be . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Products that you design via this webshop with the design tool are custom made according to the specifications you entered. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is hereby final after successful payment.

MISCELLANEOUS
Sazatech.be reserves the right to monitor any use of the Services. Sazatech.be also reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against any illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Services and/or materials.

These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and Sazatech.be with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings and representations, whether written, oral or otherwise.
